TERMS & CONDITIONS (T&C)
1. Booking Price
The promotional booking fee is RM5,298, inclusive of delivery and the Baby Package.
Applicable for all delivery methods and ward room options.
This fee does not include the cost of epidurals, labor inductions, any additional procedures required during delivery ortake-home-medications during discharge.
2. Room & Ward Availability
Room and bed assignments are subject to current ward availability.
VIP/single-bed wards are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Payment Options
Direct Debit to Andorra Women & CHildren Hospital's BIMB, CIMB, and MBB account.
E-wallets payment transaction via TNG, BOOST, or SHOPEE PAY (payment QR will be provided during the LIVE session).
Instalments:
Easy Payment Plan (EPP) is available for CIMB and MBB credit card holders.
A payment transaction of RM1,000 for deposit is required to secure your slot during the live session.
The remaining balance must be arrange by over-the-counter transaction within 3 days from 27 January 2025 (deadline: 30 January 2025).
Detailed payment instructions will be provided on our website at www.andorracare.com and social media during on 27 January 2025.
4. Refunds & Excess Charges
Existing Bookings:
If you have made prior bookings, you can still participate in this promo by placing a new booking order for RM5,298.
Top-ups to match the promo price are strictly not permitted.
Inclusion of Previous Payments:
Any amount paid before this promo will be included and matched against your final bill.
If the total of your previous payments exceeds the final bill, the excess amount will be refunded.
Final Bill Adjustments:
The final bill is determined by the mode of delivery chosen during the delivery process.
Refunds will be provided if the final bill is lower than the Andorra Delivery Package Fiesta (ADPF) promo price of RM5,298 or the combined booking fees from earlier transactions.
If the final bill exceeds the ADPF price of RM5,298 (or the combined fees from previous bookings), you will be required to settle the additional charges.
5. Transferability & Refundability
The purchase of this delivery package is transferable to another individual but is strictly non-refundable.
6. Redemption Period
Bookings amounting to RM5,298 are eligible for deliveries within the year 2025. Ensure your booking is secured to enjoy this exclusive offer.
7. General Terms
The standard Terms & Conditions for delivery packages apply.
